To complete your account verification, ORSFX requires a valid proof of identity (e.g., passport or national ID) and a proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement) issued within the last three months. These documents are essential for regulatory compliance and to ensure the security of your account.
Your POI document must include:
✔ Full name
✔ Date of birth
✔ A clear copy of your passport or national ID
✔ A valid expiry date
✔ Face recognition (matching the ID photo)
You can provide any of the following documents, issued within the last three months:
✔ Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, home internet, or landline phone)
✔ Government-issued documents (driver’s license, residence permit, national/state ID)
✔ Financial statements (bank statement, credit card statement, or bank reference letter)
✔ Tax documents (council tax, municipality bill, or government tax letter)
✔ Social insurance statement
✔ Employer verification letter (stamped and signed, confirming your address)
