At ORSFX, you can review your personal details—such as your name and physical address—in your Personal Area (PA). However, the process for updating this information may vary depending on the type of change required.


IdeaMinor Updates (e.g., contact details) may be updated directly in your PA.

WarningCritical Changes (e.g., name or address updates) may require support verification and submission of supporting documents for security and compliance reasons.

How to Review Your Personal Information

You can easily check your registered personal details in your Personal Area (PA) by following these steps:

1️⃣ Log in to your Personal Area (PA).

2️⃣ Navigate to the My Profile menu.

3️⃣ Go to the Personal Details Tab.

4️⃣ Your registered personal information (such as name and physical address) will be displayed here.
